Tell us how many adults and children are travelling, then list your checked bags, carry-ons, strollers and other large items. We check seating and luggage space together, since the room available for bags depends on the vehicle and seating arrangement.
AirportWay is operated by AirGate and offers the same vehicle options. Choose a category in the planner, or describe your family’s needs and ask for help. Our team confirms the assigned vehicle, luggage space and fare before booking.

How to plan your family’s airport ride

Add your passengers and bags
Include every child in the passenger count. Use the notes for child seats, bag sizes and larger items such as a folded stroller.

Tell us about your pickup
For a departure, enter your home or hotel address. For a Pearson arrival, add your flight details and let us know if you would like the optional meet-inside service.

Review the details together
Check the child-seat arrangement, luggage space and pickup instructions with the team. Let us know before travel if your passenger count or luggage changes.

Family travel questions
How do I arrange a child seat?
Select the child-seat option and include your child’s age and the seat needed in your request. Our team will confirm the seat and availability before your journey.
Can we bring a stroller and several suitcases?
Tell us the number and size of the bags and whether the stroller folds. We can then check the space available with your passenger seating and confirm a suitable vehicle.
Can you help us choose where to meet at Pearson?
Yes. We can explain pre-arranged terminal pickup, which adds CA$17.25, and optional meet inside, which adds a separate CA$25.00. You will receive instructions for the agreed meeting point.
