The planner keeps your entries in page memory until you send a request. If you select Send my trip request, your name, contact details, journey and AirportWay source label are sent securely to AirGate Airport Limo Service through its existing Supabase service. AirGate uses them to handle your enquiry and may send a request acknowledgement through its existing email service. Sending is not a booking or payment.

Optional website measurement uses Google Analytics to understand visited pages, broad traffic sources, approximate cities and countries, and successful enquiries. It starts only if you accept the measurement choice. We do not send your name, contact details, street address, flight, trip notes or request reference to Google Analytics. Advertising personalization is off. With your permission, a limited source summary (landing page, referring website and campaign labels) is also attached to your enquiry for the AirGate team. Declining does not affect fares or requests; you can change your choice here at any time. Submitted enquiries are stored in AirGate’s existing private lead system. Copying or downloading saves only the summary you choose. Hosting and request services may retain standard access or abuse-prevention logs.
